Learn what account, progress, and settings data PEGP Trainer stores, why it is used for account management and study continuity, and how to delete it.

You can use PEGP Trainer without an account. This policy explains the small amount of data we use if you create one and sync your progress.

  • What we store

For an account, we store your login identifier or email. If you sign in with Google, we also store the display name and profile picture link Google supplies. A password hash (never the password itself) is stored only if you use password sign-in. If you sign in with Google only, no password or hash is stored at all. We also store session records, study progress, language and theme settings, and timestamps used for sync. Guest progress is kept in this browser's local storage and backed up on our server as well, under a random anonymous ID stored in a cookie. That backup has no name, email, or login attached to it.

  • Why we use it

We use account and progress data only to provide the account and cross-device sync you ask for. Creating an account is optional; choosing to do so is the basis for this processing.

  • What we do not do

We do not sell personal data, show advertising, or share study data for marketing.

  • Keeping and deleting data

We keep account data while your account exists. You can permanently delete the account and its server-side progress in Settings. Guest progress stays on your device until you reset it or clear browser storage. Its server backup is deleted a year after the last activity, and right after you sign in, once it has been merged into your account.
